Terms and Conditions of Use.

By creating a profile on this website https://joanddavid.party you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use:

• You must not be a convicted sex offender, on the sex offenders registry or a drug dealer. We post the real names of known sex offenders.
• You are 18 or over, or above the age of consent in your country and have the legal right to possess adult material in your community.
• You do not find images of nude adults, or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable.
• You confirm that you will not permit any person under 18 years of age to have access to any of the materials contained within this site.
• You will report to us if another member/guest sends you images, or links to images, of minors.
• You understand that under Canadian law swinging is a legal activity.
• You are using this service for your own, or your own and your partners pleasure.
• You are aware that there will be explicit photographs, videos and writings in the profiles of the other users.
• The function of this website is to allow people to book to attend our swingers events.
• The site is not a hookup site, the profiles of people who use the site just to meet other people but never attend a party will be deleted. 
• Other event organizers should have written permission from Jo or David before advertising their events on this platform.
  • We are happy to advertise lifestyle events and parties being held in Atlantic Canada in return for a reciprocal advertisement of our events.
• Guests may post personal details in their profiles, but we do not allow the posting of telephone numbers or email addresses anywhere on the site.
  • This is because there is a worldwide problem with people posting the personal details of ex-partners.
  • The first time we find a phone number or email address in a profile we will delete the details.
  • If the details are reposted we will delete the profile and block the IP address of the poster.
  • If you are given a number to call and the person is unaware that their number is being distributed please report it to Jo or David immediately.
• Profile Management
  • Guests must use a verifiable email address to register and maintain their profile.
  • If you change your email address you should change it on your profile.
  • Profiles that use email addresses that bounce messages will be deleted.
  • Profiles that report our messages as spam or junk will be deleted.
  • Profiles that are idle may be deleted 3 months from the last login date.
  • New profiles that are not logged into within 2 weeks from activation may be deleted.
• The contents of each profile is the copyright of the user.
• Photographs & Videos
• Users may only post photos of themselves, or photos of themselves and another person on this site where they have permission from the other people to post the image, and they put the profile name of the other person/people in the image text.
• • If you want to post images of people not on the site, we need to see a disclaimer allowing you to post the images.
  • We will delete any images reported to us as being posted without permission.
  • We will delete all images containing children or animals.
• You must not publish any images of children, or young adults, or any person under the age of 18.
  • We will notify the authorities of the IP address of anyone publishing images of minors under the age of 18.
• Photos showing violence, or the after effects of violence will be deleted.
  • Our hosting company does not allow the uploading of images showing cutting, bleeding due to whipping or other impacts.
• We do not allow images showing scat, pissing or blood.
• You may not copy any of the photos without the written permission of the owners.
• Booking Events
• Couples and Ladies
  • Adding your name to the guest list will reserve you a place at the event.
  • Please remove your name from the list if you find that you will be unable to attend the event you have booked.
  • If you do not attend an event without removing your name 24 hours before the event starts will add a "Strike" image to your profile, we reserve the right to delete your profile when you reach 3 strikes.
  • No one will be allowed to enter the party if they are not on the list.
• Single Men
  • We have strict limits on the number of men allowed to attend. Unless otherwise stated on the event text the maximum number of single men we allow to attend couples and singles events is 3 men under 50 and 2 men over 50, we allow between 10 and 15 to attend "Greedy Girl" events as the ladies at these events are looking for male attention.
  • If you are on the guest list but fail to attend, we will not refund your donation. We will have catered for you to be at the event.
  • If you fail to attend twice we will not allow you to attend future events and will add you to the blacklist of unreliable men.
  • No one will be allowed to enter the party if they are not on the list.
  • By joining the site you agree that if you break the rules you have agreed that we can add your personal details to the blacklist on the page Single Men .
  • Single men must pay for their booking by Debit or Credit card at the time of booking or by Interac within 1 hour of booking, or the system will suspend your booking.
• You confirm that you are not acting as an enforcement or police officer intending to persecute or prosecute the other users.
  • Enforcement and police officers may register and use the site as a private citizen for their own pleasure only.
  • You confirm that your interest in the material and information is personal, and not professional.
  • You confirm that you are not accessing this material to use against the site operator, or any person whomsoever, in any conceivable manner.
• You affirm that you are not joining the site as a member of the press to gather information about the members.
  • Publishing anything from the site will be a breach of copyright law.
• You confirm that if you use these services in violation of the above agreement you understand that you may be in violation of local and federal laws and are solely responsible for your actions.
• Abusive behaviors, both physical and verbal, toward the hosts or any other guests, in person at our venue or in any other location, or via the message system, will result in an outright ban. Access to the website will be denied and attendance at future parties denied. We will also publish all details we have about the culprit so that other users can avoid access protect themselves.
  • Please read the etiquette pages and house rules pages to understand what we regard as acceptable.
• The site cannot be used to sell products or services.
  • The site may not be used to sell the services of prostitutes, escorts, gigolos, call girls or other sex workers. (please see our anti slavery policy here.)
  • If someone sends you a message with a phone number to call and it is for prostitution please report it to Jo or David so that we can remove the users profile. 
• Profiles should be kept up to date with a valid email address.
• By creating a profile, or by logging on to the website, You will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

Contribution Payments are NOT refundable.

• However, We will give a refund if for any reason WE have to cancel the event.
• If you are unable to attend we will move your payment to a different party only if you request the change by writing to the profile joanddavid at least 24 hours before the party you have booked for, and there is availability at the alternate event.
• If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, or you just fail to attend, the payment made is forfeited.
• We will only reallocate your payment a maximum of 3 times.
• If the contribution is not used within 3 months of the date of the original party booked it will be forfeited.
