Our Rules on Consent

Frequent Questions

Crew Tour Script

Remember to explain that we are not a swingers, fetish or kink club.

Jo and David are a couple who run private swingers parties in their home.

We do not have people running around cleaning up after them, and they should treat the house and contents with respect.

Jo and David will not allow people to come to future events if they treat the house, the other guests or the hosts disrespectfully.

As you tour the house, introduce the new guest to other crew members and the hosts.

We recommend starting the tour upstairs.

Take the new guest into one of the bedrooms and explain:

  • Consent; when people enter a playroom and other people are playing, they are allowed to stand and watch. If they want to join the fun, they should get consent by asking one of the people playing "may I join You?". If any of the people involved in the action says no, step away from the action. If they smile and say yes, or invite you to join them, carry on and enjoy the fun.
  • The Door rules; playroom doors are never closed at a Greedy Girls Party, if someone finds a door closed they are still allowed to open it and enter. At all other parties the doors may be closed until 10pm for private play. After 10 pm if you find a playroom door closed you may open it and enter.
  • Condoms; If anyone you want to play with, or you are playing with, wants to use a condom, a condom must be worn. Removal of a condom during sex is called stealthing which is regarded as a sexual assault and is a criminal offence. If they run out of their personal supply of condoms we have put some in each playroom, if they cannot find a condom in the room, there are a few available in a basket in the bar.
  • Squirting; there is at least 1 pee pad for each bed, and piles of towels in every room, tell the ladies that if they squirt please make sure they use a pee pad or towel so that the other guests don't have a wet play area and the beds are not ruined.
  • Explain that there are wipes, tissues and condoms in each playroom. Ask them to put used tissues, and wipes into the bin and wrap any used condoms in a tissue and put them in the bin. Explain that we have dogs and they try to eat them if they find them before we do.
  • The Closets; explain that this is Jo and David's home. The drawers and closets contain their private property, they are not props or souvenirs for them to take home.
  • Clean Up After You; Put used condoms, tissues and wipes in the bin, don't leave them on the floor or on a bedside table. Put wet pee pads and towels into a hamper. If the sheets are wet, go to the bar area and tell Jo, David or one of the crew, we ill put a clean sheet on the bed.

Go into the bathroom, explain that there are 2 doors and if they want privacy whilst using the room they should ensure that both doors are locked, and to remember to unlock them when they leave. Explain that there is a bathroom on each level of the house, that there is a shower in each bathroom if they want to take a shower, and show them where the towels are and where to find extras if they cannot see any. Also explain that they should not use the room as a playroom as there is always someone looking for a toilet. Show them where the hamper is for dirty towels.

Show them the next bedroom.

Explain that the rules are the same as for the first room, and then head down to the main floor.

Explain that the kitchen is where the food is to be found and that the kitchen and dining rooms are the safe zone where people come to escape the action.

Explain that the lounge area is an open play area where they can play if they are happy to be watched, or they can stand and watch if other people are playing. Explain also that the same rules of consent as in the other playrooms.

There are 4 pee pads in the lounge plus a supply of towels, ask them not to squirt on the furniture or carpet.

On the way past the back door explain that smoking and vaping of tobacco or 420 products is only allowed outside and if they are smokers show them where the smokeshack is for winter smoking, and where the gazebos are for smoking in the summer.

The Hot Tub

If we are allowing use of the hot tub at the event, explain that:

  • The tub is only available until 9pm
  • They should take a quick shower to remove creams, lotions and body fluids!
  • We allow a maximum of 4 people in the tub at a time
  • Sex is not allowed in the tub.
  • If they are in the tub and there is a queue of people waiting to use it, exit after 1 cycle.

Continue on and show them bedroom 3,

Move on to the bar area.

Start in the lounge area and explain that this is an open play area where they should expect to be watched.

Explain the consent is still required before touching people or attempting to join in.

There are 4 pee pads and a supply of towels in the lounge area, which should be used when playing.

Explain the bar rules.

  • Tell them that it is a self service bar, but they can ask for a drink if someone is behind the bar. If there is no-one there, or if the person is busy they should go and make their own drinks.
  • Tell them that they should not stand at the entrance to the bar, as access is needed to keep the bar supplied.
  • Explain that we are not a cocktail bar, but that we have some mixers that they can use to make cocktails. There are books with drink menus behind the bar.
  • Tell them that they should get their drink, then exit from behind the bar so that other guests can get their drinks.
  • Do not stay behind the bar to talk, there will be crew needing access to keep the fridges and ice bucket filled.
  • If people get very drunk and start being rude they will be asked to leave.
  • Tell them not to touch the sound system equipment.

Introduce the guest to any other guests already in the bar.

Offer them a drink and answer any questions they have. If you don't know the answer, tell them you will check with Jo or David and get back to them.

If a guest asks a question not already in the FAQ section of the website, make a note of the question so that David can add it to the site before the next party.
